In less than two weeks from today, men all over the United States will find themselves dishing out cash for a Valentine’s Day present. Wasn’t Christmas just 40 days ago? Anyway Valentine’s Day is a chance for you and your significant other to bond, re-kindle old memories, and spend an entire day creating new ones. But where did this idea of gift giving come from? Most guys think that the more they spend on a gift, the happier she’ll be. Wrong Wrong Wrong!!! Millionaire couples split up too. So I’ve come up with “The Dollar Store” gift concept.
Now before you start laughing hear me out. There’s nothing wrong with spending a couple of hundred dollars on a gift IF a lot of thought went into that gift. Now I wouldn’t advise any man to spend that money on a pair of shoes for her. If you don’t believe me, watch the video. But over the years I’ve heard many women say, “It’s the thought that counts,” and when they say that I say, “PERFECT!!!”
Buying ANYTHING from the dollar store requires a lot of thought. That’s why this store is the perfect place to shop for Valentine’s Day. I will now explain how spending $5.00 at the dollar store on gifts is more effective than buying her a Range Rover. Check out my list.
- Picture Frame $ .99
- Pillow $.99
- Fake M&M’s $.99
- Candles $.99
- Large White T-Shirt $.99
Now while she’s at work set the mood for later using your LuV DVR machine (send her a txt). Tell her to hurry home and change into the lingerie that you bought her (Large White T-Shirt). Take a blanket and spread it on the floor like your mom use to do and light some candles. Take your first pic that you took together and place it in the picture frame. Put on some soft music (Luther Vandross, Keith Sweat, Soulja Boy etc) and feed her fake M&M’s while she relax on a soft pillow. The rest is easy. Save the money that you didn’t spend and take a Valentine’s Day vacation to Maui five years from now. Just remember to pack your dollar store gifts for the trip.
“It’s the thought that counts”, RIGHT!!!
